Calling All Ladies

In loving memory of my beautiful and wonderful Mum Jackie Chandiram 1958-2005

My name is Nicole Chandiram and I am collecting stories from women all over the world to feature in my book which I plan to one day publish.

I lost my beautiful and wonderful Mum 6 years ago to Cancer and I’m now going to do anything I can to raise as much money for Cancer Research so that hopefully one day a cure can be found.

If you are female and want to help me raise money for Cancer Research then please keep reading…I would love for you to take part in my fundraising project!

All you have to do….

My book is going to feature all of your wonderful stories that you have written about another woman you love, respect, admire, honour, appreciate, find funny, miss or look up to, you can write about anything. They don’t have to be sad stories happy ones or even funny are welcome.
We all have women in our lives and we often think things about people, but we find hard to say and sometimes unfortunately it’s too late.
So I just need a paragraph from you 15-20 lines long!!
Thank you J

Example of a story already received:

“So many women make an impact on our lives everyday, whether it be with a smile or a kind gesture that simply touches your heart. We may not notice at the time, but one day we reflect upon a split second that changed us, whether it was changing our mood that day or our path in life. I don’t think that I would be here without the love and warmth from my beautiful sister Joanna. She inspires me to be all that I can be and to be who I am, to be true to myself. She has taught me to love and to forgive. From the moment I was born on her nineteenth birthday, stealing the limelight, she has shown me nothing but patience and compassion, attributes that many lack. I have so many warm memories of time together with my sister and cannot wait to make many more as we grow older together, laughing at each other’s immaturity and learning to open up to new experiences together. She always thinks of others before herself and I hope that one day I can repay her for her kindness and devotion. There is no way to repay the kindness of people who make such an impact on your life, apart from to try to show them everyday with a small, kind and loving gesture while you still have them.”
